Has anyone used SMM World for buying Instagram followers? Did it work?

I haven't personally used SMM World for Instagram specifically, but I did explore their smm world youtube services a while back to get my watch hours up. I wasn't expecting miracles, but it did give my channel a little kickstart. What I would suggest is starting small, and only spending an amount you are willing to lose in case the followers are not sticky. Good luck with our account!
