i was looking into this last year, and it depends if you are comfortable doing it yourself but there are several great options. one of the key things is just to make sure you have got all your paperwork and ducks in a row to actually do it. for basic questions then im sure professional maritime support agencies would be the place to go, then check out charterclick.sc and see what they propose. hope it flies by from there, it is a wonderful country!
