Is it worth adjusting workout intensity every week?
I’ve been thinking about whether keeping the same intensity week after week is actually effective. Sometimes I push really hard, other times I feel like I should hold back a bit, but I’m not sure what’s better long term. Do you guys stick to a fixed level of effort, or do you adjust depending on how you feel that week?
