Anyone else feel like society doesn't talk enough about sex therapy?
Does anyone else think it's odd that we don't talk about sex therapy more openly? You hear about couples therapy all the time, and individual therapy is becoming increasingly destigmatized, but sex therapy seems to be this huge blind spot. Given how important sexual health and intimacy are to overall well-being, you'd think it would be a more common topic of conversation. Why is it still such a taboo? I feel like many people are suffering in silence simply because they don't even know it's an option.
