Online Cancellation of a Southwest Flight:

Log in to your Southwest Airlines account or use the search bar to look up Flight cancellation.
From the drop-down box, choose "Flight" and then "Manage Reservations."
Enter the passenger information, including the first and last names, as well as the confirmation number you received after finishing your reservation.
Press "Continue" after selecting "Cancel Flight."
A pop-up box on the following page will let you know if your flight qualifies for a refund. Your flight will be cancelled as well.
