Hi Laura, these are great! Well done. There is no need for me to comment much apart from to let you know you are doing these correctly but just need a little more practice to remove the occasional flat spot or wobble here or there. Another thing to mention too, is that I can see that consistently one half of your ellipse is near perfect ie: either the top or bottom half and the other is not so good. This tells me that perhaps you forgot to turn your page upside down when drawing the other half. If you keep your hand on the inside of the curve every time, it reduces teh chance of flat edges. You won't need to always do this, just while you are training and or whenever it is convenient later when you are trained.
Technically, you have the undertanding of what it takes to create the ellipse very well!
