Africa TV to broadcast '2023 LPL Summer' exclusively in Korean
For the fourth consecutive year, Africa TV will broadcast China's LoL Pro League 'LPL' live in Korean
Africa TV announced that it will provide Korean-language coverage of the 2023 Summer Season of China's League of Legends Pro League (LPL) starting on Tuesday, June 30. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Korean players playing in the LPL will be able to be seen on Africa TV with live coverage from Korean broadcasters since the 2020 Spring Season.
Korean players playing in the LPL include 2023 MSI winners Ruler (Park Jae-hyuk) of JD Gaming (JDG) and Dove (Kim Jae-yeon) of Invictus Gaming (IG), as well as former LPL players Scout (Lee Ye-chan), Tarzan (Lee Seung-yong), Kanavi (Seo Jin-hyuk), Rookie (Song Eui-jin), and theShy (Kang Seung-rok).
The '2023 LPL Summer' will also feature matches between various teams with Korean players, as well as LPL powerhouses with international experience. Africa TV will broadcast a selection of matches featuring Korean players and popular LPL teams in Korean.
The '2023 LPL Summer' will run for about two months until July 17. Africa TV's first Korean-language broadcast will take place on Tuesday, July 30 at 6 p.m., with game 1 between Invictus Gaming (IG), featuring Dove, and LGD Gaming (LGD), featuring Envyyy (Myung-jun Lee), who joined the team this season, and game 2 between Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP), featuring Pout (Han-in-woong), and Edward Gaming Hycan (EDG), featuring Fisher (Jung-tae Lee).
The broadcasters will include 'Park Sang-hyun, Dangun, and Chae Min-joon', who are loved for their witty comments and analysis on Africa TV, and 'Lightstone, Kim Dong-joon, Park Jin-young, and Linda-rang', 토토사이트 who will provide various combinations of commentary.
