The Resorts World Junior's Restaurant and Bakery in Las Vegas

Resort World Las Vegas and Junior's Restaurant and Bakery announced that Junior's, a famous New York restaurant widely recognized as the home of the world's coolest cheesecake, will open its first West Coast branch inside hotels and casinos this fall. The brand's sixth-largest new 300-seat venue will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night menus and bars along with legendary cheesecakees.

"Our goal is to continue to provide exciting dining experiences for our guests and expand our portfolio with unique concepts you can't find anywhere else in the city," said Bartholomew Mahoney, vice president of food and beverage at Resort World Las Vegas. "We are excited to welcome Juniors' first West Coast location and introduce this lovely New York organization to our guests and visitors."

"I think I just hit the jackpot," said Alan Rosen, a third-generation member of his family who owns Juniors. "Resort World is very lucky to have been selected to open our first West Coast location inside the property. I hope all the residents and visitors of the city feel lucky that they can enjoy the world's most famous cheesecake, as well as delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and our other high-rise dessert."

Along with a wide variety of delicious dishes, Juniors will serve breakfast including award-winning French toast, giant omelettes, and Rocks and eggs. The iconic restaurant will offer lunch and dinner options including acclaimed steak burgers, deli sandwiches, and chef's specialties. In addition, Juniors will offer a cocktail program curated in a full service bar.

The new venue will also serve Junior's famous handmade cheesecake in about 24 flavors, from the original New York Plains to new favorites such as strawberries, chocolate mousse, red velvet and pumpkin, key lime and Oreo that continue to gain popularity.

Rosen said his grandfather Harry Rosen, who opened the original Juniors in Brooklyn on Election Day in 1950, "absolutely enjoyed coming to Vegas whenever he could. So, I know he will be pleased that we open a place in a city he loved almost as much as New York." 파친코
