Winn-Al-Marzan Island

Preparations have begun at Wynn Resorts Ltd's casino complex project in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located on an artificial island called Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah to be named "Win Al Marjan Island," the project is known to open in early 2027. Developments were announced in January 2022 to climb more than 1,000 feet (305 meters) above the sea and include Wynn Resorts and its regional partners, namely developer Marjan LLC and hotel and leisure business operator Rock Hospitality Holding LLC.

The approximately $3.9 billion venture investment plan reportedly includes approximately 1,500 rooms, suites, and villas, all reflecting the brand's signature, high-end design glamour, luxury shopping esplanade, state-of-the-art event center, exclusive spa, 24 dining and lounge experiences, diverse entertainment choices, spa and wellness, theaters, and the UAE's first casino.

It is 15 minutes from Ras Al-Khaima International Airport and 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport. 온라인경마
