Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at The Joint, a live venue at the Lido Carleton Casino. The partnership with Raceway Casino has seen many delays since the project was first announced back in 2017. According to an earlier report, on completion, the gambling house will add 750 new slots to the existing 1,250 and 21 table games, and the gaming area will expand to 13,000 sq m (about 140,000 sq ft).

Hard Rock will manage the casino's day-to-day operations for 20 years starting in the fall. All extensions will be completed through a phased rollout pending further regulatory approval. Porte Cochier, Signage, Racecourse and Grandstand must be completed within one year of the commencement of operational updates to the Arrival Experience.

The first phase will include some renovations to the hotel by the end of the year and additional attractions to the casino. The active facility will be known as Hard Rock Casino Ottawa, where you will see famous Hard Rock processing facilities including the Hard Rock Cafe & Center Bar and concert venues. 슬롯머신
