New Rock Island Casino Complex Opens Dec. 1

Rock Island, Illinois, has opened a $150 million casino described by a marketing manager as amazing. At 42,500 feet, the casino is considered multipurpose, with 24 table games and six live poker tables, as well as a hotel, four restaurants, and a night club.

Zumer's casino planned a lot over the years, and it took 16 months to build, thereby providing jobs for 400 construction workers.

The Casino replaces the Casino Rock Island River Boat, which has been in service for 16 years.
