David Beckham visits Korea after 4 years, talks show with soccer fans

David Beckham, soccer star and owner of Inter Miami in the U.S. Major League Soccer (MLS), visited Korea for the first time in four years.

Beckham attended the 'Predator 30th Anniversary Exhibition' held at the Adidas brand flagship Seoul in Myeong-dong, Seoul on the 29th and held the 'David Beckham in Seoul' event with fans.

At the event, Beckham did a talk show with Choi Jin-cheol and Kim Nam-il, members of the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup semifinals. He said that Son Heung-min is a player with great character and that if he plays like he is now, he will be able to challenge for the Asian Tub title.

Beckham's visit to Korea comes about 4 years and 3 months after the launch event of Adidas' 70th anniversary 'Ultra Boost Hangul' held at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on October 9, 2019. 일본야동
