Based on my experience, there are many aspects involved in the day-to-day management of my vacation rental business. I have 4 properties listed on Airbnb and Booking. The first thing is to synchronize Vacation rental management and Booking.com calendar for the same property. At the beginning, I synced Airbnb and Booking calendar with each other through importing one into another, but this left me an unhappy experience. I spent much time on the synchronization, but then I need to check and refresh manually. This led to that guests booked my property for a same period or overlapping period. Sometimes there were even double bookings. What I can do is to explain to guests and make them cancel original reservations.
