Jason,
The nose is tilting toward our left. To correct this, move the inner corners of the eyebrows over to our right. There is room to erase the eyebrow a bit on our right above the nose. Add a bit to the other eyebrow.
The chin is too long. Normally you can't erase the bottom of the chin because that's your main boundary. But I've measured and your face is a little long on the bottom half anyway. So shave off some of the bottom of the chin.
Place the pencil vertically at a variety of locations around your face. You must get used to checking this way to avoid slanting so much (to our left, in this case.)
