Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel's Water Golf Course Opens April 8

The Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel today announces the opening of the Circling Raven Golf Club on Apr. 8, kicking off a season full of programs for all types of players on a national ranking course with "frequently featured" advantage cards and other offers offering golfers impressive deals.

"We take pride in the experience that Circling Raven has to offer golfers. They love how our programs, packages, and rewards, through our advantage and player development cards, can help the world's best female professional golfers improve their performance on a course where they applaud excellence," said David Bonbresost of the PGA, the head golf pro at Circling Raven.

Bonbresost is referring to the cycling Raven Championship, the first Epson "#Road2LPGA" tour event held last year. Several of the competitors won LPGA Tour membership, demonstrating their outstanding performance, and the field received unanimous praise for its layout and course conditions.

For local players who want to try the course themselves and visitors who enjoy the stay-at-home package, early-season golf fees beckon. From Apr. 8-14, golfers pay $65 for the 18-hole green fee Monday through Sunday. From Apr. 15 through May 22, the fee will be $89 on Monday-Thursday, and $99 on Friday-Sunday and holidays. The maximum 18-hole green fee in the summer is $129 on Monday-Thursday, and $149 on weekends and holidays.

Players seeking extreme price points can buy the Circling Raven Advantage card for $199 and earn hundreds of dollars in savings over the season. Card holders can get free first round ($149), free year-end advantage tournament entry ($129), 15% off non-sale items, 10% off non-sale clubs, free entry to the Circling Raven Championship ($40) and other exclusive benefits year-round.

The club's player development card is also $199, with free access to a 25-acre practice facility, 15% off golf training, a two-hour ride before dark on $25 (Monday-Thursday), a free monthly golf clinic, and other benefits during the season.

A range of programs for women, men, and juniors are designed to offer a range of experiences, from competing tournaments and leagues, couple events and wine tasting, to educational and equipment demo days.

Accommodation and play packages are available from $209 from April 8-14, $262 from April 15-2 May 22, and $323 from May 23-2 October 2. Rates include two golfers and one night at the resort. To book a package and tea time, call 1-800-523-2464.

The Epson "Road to the LPGA" Tour event, the Circling Raven Championship, is scheduled for Aug. 22-28. It will illuminate a stadium that consists of about 132 athletes, including the best female athletes from around the world. The competitors will compete for $200,000 in prize money.
