Rio Hotels & Casino Joins World of Hyatt, Renovates

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced today that World of Hyatt members, along with Rio Hotels & Casino, will be able to earn and redeem points for qualified accommodation at Hyatt-affiliated hotels in the midst of a $340 million multi-stage transition. Phase 1 of the hotel's second phase of renovation is expected to be completed in the fall of 2024, when the reimagined all-suite hotel will move into Hyatt's independent collection by the Hyatt brand.

"We are proud to partner with Rio Hotel & Casino to transform iconic hotels into 'Destination by Hight Hotel' in major markets such as Las Vegas," said David Tarr, Senior Vice President, Development, Americas Hyatt. "The Hight hotel's destination is individual at heart, embodying the true spirit of the destination, and Rio Hotel & Casino is no exception. This renovation will serve as a gateway for guests to experience intentionally created entertainment, immersive experiences, authentic design, and warm and welcoming services. We look forward to providing World of Hyatt members and guests with a truly authentic and unforgettable experience in Las Vegas."

Rio Hotel & Casino, owned and operated by Dreamscape, will decorate the first Hyatt Hotel in Nevada and the third Hyatt Hotel in Las Vegas to strengthen Hyatt's brand position and lead to new growth in the leisure, group, and convention markets, which are the most visited in the world.

When completed, the newly imagined Rio Hotel & Casino will be completely transformed into a paradise for all. A place of adventure and discovery beyond the strip, the Rio Hotel & Casino renovation includes fresh design, thoughtful amenities, upgraded offerings, and friendly service to create a comfortable place for everyone to enjoy, find inspiration, and be themselves. Phase 1 renovation began in 2023 and is almost complete with extensive upgrades and improvements to the 1,550-room Ipanema Tower, Arrivals Zone, Building Exterior, Lobby, Gaming Floor, Sportsbook, Various Food and Beverage Stores, Conference Space, and Outdoor Swimming Spaces.

Phase 2 includes a complete renovation and redesign of the hotel's 1,012 Masquerade tower rooms and related public spaces.

"We are excited to welcome World of Hyatt members to Rio Hotels & Casino as we begin to revitalize this iconic Las Vegas landmark," said Dreamscape founder Eric Bernbaum. "For nearly 30 years, Rio has been one of the most exciting and talked about resorts in Las Vegas. Working with Hyatt opens the door to sharing this special place with a whole new group of travelers, and we look forward to continuing to see and renovate the changes we have made so far."

Re-establishing the hotel experience for leisure customers and business travelers, this redesigned hotel will welcome customers to enjoy floor-to-ceiling wide suites in the Las Vegas Valley, vibrant dining and nightlife venues for original cocktails and cooking, high-energy casino excitement and global entertainment that embodies the true spirit of Las Vegas, while providing everything travelers need once the renovation is completed in the fall. With over 220,000 square feet of renovated feature space and state-of-the-art meeting facilities, the hotel will meet the needs of Las Vegas' burgeoning meeting and events business.

Beginning March 1, Rio Hotels & Casino has been fully involved in the World of Hyatt program to help its members earn and redeem points to stay in Las Vegas. To provide more reward methods for World of Hyatt members, World of Hyatt is offering 500 bonus points on all eligible nights at Rio Hotels & Casino from April 1 to June 30, 2024 as part of its new hotel bonus point offering. Additional participating hotels and their length of stay can be found at hyatt.com/newhotelbonus . No registration is required and members can benefit from the additional benefits on top of other offers.

Located on 3700 W. Flamingo Road, just a short walk from the Las Vegas Strip and less than a 15-minute drive from Harry Reid International Airport, Rio Hotels & Casino offers customers far more options to explore, venture and get creative in central Las Vegas, but it's far from crowded. 에볼루션 바카라사이트
