SOFTSWISS Client Cryptocurrency Betting 1H 83pct Sequentially Up

SOFTSWISS, an online gaming services provider, released its latest market report for the first half of 2023, based on data collected from 500 betting brands supported by SOFTSWISS digital technology, which highlights the growing use of cryptocurrencies by consumers to pay for these services.

In 2022, the SOFTSWISS online casino platform introduced several features related to fusing legal currency-enabled games with crypto-enabled plays.

A first half survey released on Wednesday showed that, in absolute terms, the total salary amounts of 500 brands were up 37% compared to the first half of 2022, while the number of bets was up 49%.

When comparing digital coin bets between the first half of 2023 and the first half of 2022, the analysis showed a 16.5% growth in monetary terms.

However, SOFTSWISS added: "The number of cryptocurrency bets has jumped 83.6% since the second half of 2022, especially."

At the same time, it has remained constant at 29.5% of all payments over the last six months, indicating that players' interest in this option continues regardless of changes in cryptocurrency interest rates
