EXERCISE 3
Excellent, John! I'm looking for evidence of the detection and rendering of negative space, and the absence of outlining of positive shapes and internal detail. You've provided all those, and you're definitely developing an eye for negative space. In my opinion that's one of the most powerful tools available to any artist.
