<<It is difficult to make Henrietta treedimensional and I’m not certain how dark she should be.>>
She needs to be as dark (or as light) as you want or need to make her. I think she's looking splendid and your lovely sharp drawing has separated her wonderfully from the wall without it looking unnatural.
<< I lost myself among all those feathers. But it struck me how beautiful fowl are. One really learn to observ in a different way while drawing.>>
That enhanced view of everything around you is one the true benefits of drawing.
<<When I was halfway in the drawing I saw a lot of mistakes in the way i had drwn the feathers>>
Only in your yes, I think. I think she looks excellent and very realistic. I#d leave any decisions to work on her again until you've completed the drawing. Don't rush into any changes at this stage, as you're more likely to do harm than good.
<<I decided to replace my clutch pencils with drawing pencils. I still think it is impossible to obtain a sharp edge with the 2 mm lead.>>
I know lots of artists who use nothing but wood-cased pencils so use whatever suits you best. There are no rules that dictate your tools.
<<I went over Robbie with 2B. He can’t get blacker than this since I had layered him with HB and 2H.>>
With hindsight (even though I did correct the whites in your image) I think your original probably looks fine and it's just the image I'm seeing that makes Robbie look slightly lost. You do whatever you think is best. I love his hairy chest!!!! :o)
